余った1MBドータ基板を流用して、16MBドータ基板に増設改造しました。使ったRAMは128MbitなDRAM容量16MBで、T.N.S.さんで
もこのRAMと殆ど同じ物が使われていました。
ただ。ロジック回路の使われ方は異なりますが、RAM1個とAND素子1個で最も簡単、格安に16MBドータ基板に改造できる事は、LXerに
とっては嬉しいニュースです。
